Estimates provided are based on information available at the time of inspection and are subject to change based on additional findings, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Project Scope

The scope of work will be detailed in a written agreement or contract. Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties and may result in additional charges.

Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection costs as permitted by law.

12. Warranties

Warranties on materials and workmanship will be specified in your service agreement or contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the respective manufacturers. Our workmanship warranty covers installation and labor as detailed in your agreement.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by:

• Acts of God, severe weather, or natural disasters

• Improper maintenance or neglect

• Alterations or repairs by others

• Normal wear and tear

13. Cancellation and Refunds

Arbitration

Arbitration shall take place in Auglaize County, Ohio. You and St. Joe's Exteriors agree to waive the right to a jury trial.

Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
